Rooms are not Maintained, Specially Bathroom. Water Heater not working properly, All Flushes areleakaged. Maintenance must need. I would suggest you will get better property in this deal. Food quality is so so. Chef is not listening instructions properly. (We had Dinner And Breakfast)

Very bad experience i had with this hotel as i entered hotel about 09:00 PM, water was not there in their bathrooms i complained about this to the staff. Nobody was ready to listen, at the end they send a plumber to pass the time after knowing that was is not available in their tanks. I personally went their rooftop to see the tanks then i found it empty. At 11:30 PM they said to change the room by saying that water is available in washroom of that room. Then i checked water started in my washroom also. They prefer to take bookings only even shortage of water. Kindly check all the things before entering in this hotel.

Room is good but I must say that a little disappointed with the washroom. Slow water supply irritates me... but the breakfast is good. I started with chole bhature and continued chole bhature... the breakfast menu is decent and flavours are good. Location is really good, as at walking distance you have lakshan jhula, decent cafes and taxi service available for visit to neelkanth. You can opt for bike as well to roam around this city which is available at decent prices nearby.

The rooms are super clean and feels like home decor and interiors. The property provides you all the amenities like microwave fridge and cooking range ideal for a family traveler. The location is in the middle of the the downtown and views are just stunning from the property.

The executive room catagory is lower one. Rooms have fake windows with curtains (which is actually service door to the duct). The hotel is misguiding travellers by posting Outdoor window pictures in executive room category in Agoda and MakeMyTrip website. However, Hotel service is very good. Food quality is up to the mark.

The rooms are decent here but need touching up slightly. However, the service provided provided was excellent! Especially Archana from house keeping, she went above and beyond in providing and excellent service...warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble, her ultimate goal is to ensure the best customer satisfaction and she definitely delivered on that...thank you Archana :) also worth a mention are the 2 girls serving in the restaurant, always greeted us with a warm welcome and tried to meet our needs where possible. Location is great.
